Chef Eunice Namondo Gwanmesia is an internationally-trained chef and pastry chef whose culinary career spans Michelin-starred and luxury kitchens from Madrid to Las Vegas. Her professional journey includes experience at two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Skina and Michelin-starred Restaurante Clos in Spain, where she honed her skills in fine dining execution, tasting-menu composition, and refined dessert pairings. In the United States, she trained and worked within premier luxury destinations including Wynn Las Vegas and Komodo Las Vegas, delivering high-end culinary experiences with uncompromising standards of quality and consistency.
 
Chef Eunice further refined her pastry expertise under world-renowned chef Amaury Guichon, developing advanced mastery in chocolate artistry, laminated doughs, and modern dessert plating.
